Formed in 2003, TLM Building Services Ltd are a construction company, operating from offices in the village of Warlingham, Surrey.

The company undertakes Refurbishment, Extensions and General Maintenance works for both private and public sector clients.

Recent Projects have been carried throughout Greater London and South East England.
